  • Wow! That was the first raw food recipe I have ever made, and it was delicious! Better than any dressing I've ever purchased.

  • the recepie sounds very yummy

  • I just made this dressing and it's amazing!

  • Don't know if anyone has already said this as I haven't read all the comments but I'm going to try it with pine nuts instead of pumpkin seeds.

    Thanks!

  • I made this dressing last week and I've been using it almost every day now! Thanks!

  • do you really need to shout? When i hear you i turn off the video, no wish to watch when it starts with shouting like crazy

  • omg that salad looks awesome. now im hungry!

  • I've been making Dr Fuhrman's salad dressings from his book EAT FOR HEALTH - he does not call for ANY processed oils. Instead, use cashews or avocados for your fat. Usually he hads a fig to sweeten it, and flavored vinegars. The only problem is, you'll need a really good blender like a vitamix to get the cashews creamy and otherwise it's too dry. Please let me know if anyone else has ideas that are free of processed oils.

  • I don't have a caesar dressing to recommend but adamc404's sounds good. However, my favorite homemade salad dressing of all time is all raw carrot, ginger, dill, lemon juice and maybe a bit of garlic and cayenne. So simple, so delicious.

  • Oh and cumin too!

  • i like to do a similar Caesar-ish dressing with avocado to make it creamy. then i add cumin, cayenne, lemon, salt, pepper, olive oil. and top it with dulse. i like spicy, but i really think you should try it with cayenne!

  • brillient guys .

  • are the sunflower seeds soaked first and dehydrated? where can i find this recipe?

  • Silly thing to say, don't you think?

  • Annmarie is so cute... And OMG look at that braid. I'm forever envious of the thickness of that braid now.

  • Nice, I'll def. try that out sometime!

My usual ceasar dressing recipe includes:

evoo (extra virgin olive oil), fresh lemon juice, fresh garlic, dijon mustard, a little bit of worcestershire sauce (optional), salt & pepper to taste - It's gouuude :)

  • most kinds of vinaigrette =]

  • Could someone please tell me what Annemarie put in the salad at the very end to "top it"? I did not understand. Thnaks.

  • coconut

  • coconut?

  • yeah the coconut sounds a bit funny, but it is really good, I was at this ladies house and she made this awesome salad with red onions, black eyed peas, lemon juice, coconut and some other things, it was awesome, I think its kinda of a mediterranean type dish.

  • oh I think the recipe my friend made also had a little bit of sea salt and grated carrots kidney beans and I think maybe curry powder? ? ?, I asked her for the recipe but she said she just makes it by eye and taste

  • It's fantastic guys! Thanks. I love caesar salad and so when I found your raw recipe I was ecstatic! Just started my raw journey so appreciate the tasty recipe.

  • hmm, just made this recipe today...DE-FREAKIN-LICOUS!!!!!!!! thanks

  • my fave salad dressing at the moment.... olive oil with garlic cloves and basil mixed together..delish, will try yours for sure to diversify, I think Ill soak those pumpkin seeds, were yours soaked, that wouldn't make much of a difference tastewise would it, I don't know ill give it a try tell you how it went it should be good, I LOVE SALAD!!!!!!

  • I think I make a new dressing every day. One of my favorite dressing is a lemon vinaigrette (EVOO, lemon, fresh garlic, pepper, pinch salt) and add some fresh basil and process it up. It's like a pesto, but I make it thinner. Another favorite is to start with the lemon vinaigrette base and add some ground sesame seeds.

  • lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, celtic salt -- and a little tahini if you like. but those first three are the magic combination for good salads. i like your pumpkin seed idea for 'caesar' salads. that's just right. :) thanks for what you are doing. :)

  • I love orange juice, raw red wine, agave, sea salt. No name for this salad dressing.

You two are Fantastic and fun !!!!

    Peace.

  • Cool vid, you two are cute!

Yummy looking salad with dressing - thanks!

  • Can you use sunflower seeds instead of pumkin seeds?

  • YUM-O!!! love the video.

  • Annmarie you are so sweet and pretty! This is my favorite video of yours, so far, Kevin. :-) You two are great together!

Lots of love to you both,

    Wendi Dee

    XOXOXO
