the best advice i would give people is to download avg or if u have norton use that also download malwarebytes because avg does stop u from getting viruses but if u already have any on ur computers malwarebytes will remove it. Reason why i know this???? becoz i had a trojan horse and it removed it 4 me.

But if you read AVG the free download doesnt give you Web Shield, Identity Protection, Firewall, Anti-Spam. And I really need those protections also

AVG internet secutrity not rule it AVG made my computer have to rebot and AVG does not find every virus.

Hi,

I've had AVG 8.0 on my computer for a while. At the moment I can't update the anti-virus and anti- spyware software. On my overview it says anti-virus and anti spyware is outdated and under update manager it says connection failed. When I click the update icon it says update failed " the connection with update server has failed". As you might have realised I'm not very computer literate, but was hoping that you might be able to give me some advice.

When the Scan is done it'll bring you to this screen hit the Warnings tab

click remove all unhealed objects

Click History Virus Vault See if any of the warnings got put into the Vault and click the

Warning and click delete
