@RobUtubebeast /Yes I have this song from a Greatest Hits Cd....but this is first time seeing video. Never knew Paul left the band and that the remaining 3 continued. This must have been short lived and right beore the 20 year silence between brothers.Good song, zany vid...but missing the scorching guitar
@jaimen2007 Yeah, everything started off 'fresh' and 'new'. I was 11yrs then but as the decade passed more bands sadly became 'synthetic' or 'generic'.They began molding themselfs to fit the 'casts', already made successful, of the bands just a few years ahead of themselfs.
A few legends still remained--Clapton, Nugent, etc. But presently, -most- everything sounds so 'prefabricated' to me.
Each -early- 80s band had their own, unique style and sound.
@Liem360 i was and yeah it was a very uniuqe chapter in everyone lives. well, in anyones that could appreciate this era as much as i did .i hated most of the bullshit they were churning out like hair metal bands were fing lame. at least these guys were innovative. they had kick ass vids and a vision. which seems to lack in todays music
It's too bad Paul Reynolds left the group by the time they made this album, he was my favorite Seagull. =( But still, they had a fairly good run after he left, I love the energy for this song, and the video is really coloreful and charming!
Flock of Seagulls was an amazing band...they should sell out every time. They have some great hits: Who's That Girl, I Ran, Space Age Love Song, and Wishing. I'm sure they have more
In late summer 2006, my girlfriend and I saw Flock of Seagulls at the Belly Up in Solano Beach, CA. Really, the band is just Mike Score with supporting artists.
Sadly, there were only about 20 people at the show. Even for a Wednesday night I expected the place to be totally packed.
Anyhoo, we got to meet Mike and hang out backstage for a little while. Interesting guy, very committed to his performances. A real professional.
This is my favorite Flock song... really brings back memories.

I think Dream Come True had a bad choice in singles, I think Whole Lot Of Loving & Hot Tonight could have been hits.

Whilst I agree 'Dram Come True' is a little weak, this is a very very entertaining track. I love this video clip, its so 80's.
Modern music utterly fails to this.
