Tomb Raider Anniversary Giant Mutant Death

Aside from the obvious (the death is lame as fuck), what's up with that not-so-epic fucking background music?! The video is only 10 seconds, and it already raped my nerves! The music is irrelevant and only makes this death even more pathetic! I am through ranting now; time to play the original to get my head right! XD

What a lame death. It picks Lara up, slams her on the ground, and Lara is back on the ground as if it just put her down lightly like a big screen TV gently put down on the grass instead of smashed on the sidewalk like it should have been.

True. But they weren't trying to capture the intense challenge the original had. They wanted to capture the feeling that it had with the levels, and the overall presentation it gave off.

Plus remember the previous year everyone thought Lara was DEAD. AOD was an epic failure and everyone thought she was just another franchise that died off. Yet Legend came on and revived it. Most likely they appealed to Legend gamers.

In nearly all the deaths that an animal kills her it tooks like she broke the right side of her pelvis or her ribs because she holds it before she falls down dead.

Yeah it's a monster about in the middle of the game or near the end and you have to lure it over the edge and then shoot at its hands so that it falls...and dies...
