Depends on what you want. The amp itself without the rack case and the pedals and everything would cost 1500-2500 depending on what you want it to sound like and what features you want. A Rack case would be like 500, and the pedals could range from 300-1000 depending on what all you need. I could make a custom faceplate too. It all depends on what you need though.
