  • Damn, I don't even remember people dressing like that when I saw it as a kid...

  • "It was so much like Star Wars!" Yeah, Episode I maybe.

  • The best movies from the 80's

I watch it already in the Beta max

but what i like is in the big screen

    here in the Philippines :-(

  • "That is much like Stars wars, and I love Star wars"...wanna piece of advice: go watch Star Wars instead!

  • is that guy Watchmen's Comedian fail version?

  • Saw this in the 80's as a kid at 5 when i lived in St. Louis and it was cool, one of my guilty pleasures. I can't wait for the upcoming new He-Man movie which will remain true to the source, i did also enjoyed the live-action Transformers movies and Speed Racer.

  • AND IT FUCKING SUCKED!!!!

  • Wait, if it started the next day, how did all those people see it already?

  • @TheFoxEricCarr They must have seen an advanced screening. It's very common in L.A.

  • it was nothing like starwars!

  • all those ppl are geeks

  • That girl who said it was almost like Star Wars and she loved Star Wars, was cute.

  • 0:45

  • name of the song?

  • Commander USA is the shit. I wish they released some of his stuff on DVD

  • Unfortunately USA never archived Commander USA. It only lives on from people who taped it off TV.

  • How much do you want to bet these folks got to see the film for free :)

  • @nutherefurlong More likely they got paid.

  • LMFAO Did that child say that it was like Star Wars, lol OMG They were so very well paid. I liked the film, but there were so many flaws in the film

  • oh shit! I remember this guy!!! God i miss the days when tv stations werent affiliates and had independent programming and hosts

  • Cable channels back in the 80s weren't the stiff corporate entities they are now. USA network was so awesome in the 80s. It will never be again.

  • AGREED

  • Yeah very true. I used to love Gibert Godfried, and Rhonda, and the way she said (UP in a high pitched squeaky voice... To give visuals of an erection)

"""And now back to USA UPPP all night!""

    LOL good times

  • Yeah, they really put a lot of effort into quirky, original stuff. I saw a lot of cool old shows I never would have seen otherwise... That and my local station had some of the scariest horror movie hosting segments in my childhood life. Really messed me up. Good times!

  • that movie was soooo disappointing!

  • haha was this- up all night?

  • This was Commander USA's Groovy Movies.

  • That guy hosting the show in the spandex--What was his name?. What was the name of that show?! I remember that they showed cheesy movies but i can't remember the name?

  • what the fuck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • I think they had to do this(pay actor to endorse a floundering franchise) because they made it PG and killed their core audience(kids). I absolutely love this movie though(big fan).

  • Oh my god !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • *sigh* I miss the old USA Network, with plenty of old low budget movies and the hosts. And the second movie my parents took me to see "Masters of the Universe" when I was 4. Thanks for posting! :)
