For the people who haven't read the comic, the type of material used to make rorschach;s mask is only possible because of the advancement in technology due to the creation of Dr. Manhattan. AND IT DOES NOT CHANGE ACCORDING TO HIS EXPRESSION.

I think someone needs to read up on their Watchmen, because believe it or not it does in fact change based on his emotions. This is evident in several of Rorschach's "surprised" expressions, his Happy Harry expression, his frustrated expression, and his one happy expression when he shakes Dan Dreiberg's hand in the owlship.

...are you serious? his mask is pure win. i imagine it would be very difficult to make a good looking mask that moves on its own. that's probably why the mask used in the movie had to animated and edited.

hmmm...... you made it with a pillowcase? so i'm guessing you pulled it under the scarf. can you see well? or did you have to cut holes out?

Burnt holes with a heated pin. It's actually very easy to see, not very detailed sight, but good enough to distinguish things =)
