I want to get to Uldum, but I can't get to any of the territories that lead to it (e.g. Feralas and the Southern Barrens) because mountains, the Great Divide, and the Great Gate block my path. Maybe it's because I'm so early in the game?

Uldum is actually located on the southern edge of the continent, and it was hidden by some sort of Titan cloaking device. The Cataclysm damaged the device, and unveiled the long forgotten, mysterious land.

Uldum is supposed to be a Titan prison, I think, similar to Ulduar, except unlike Yogg-Saron, whatever was inside got out OR something got in.

They intend to release as part of Cataclysm, after tossing it around as an idea for years.

uldum is definitely a dungeon we're keen on opening at some point. Whether that can actually happen or not, or when hasnt had any final decision announced Its a location rich in Titan lore so it's of course something to see come to fruition

I believe that something where sleeping inside and as Brann metions that he never found Uldum in his book even tho if u walk a few yards two tents facing Uldum with a dwarf from his "guild" standing there. I belive that he actually found Uldum opened the doors and woke up Something. which they had to battle to get inside and close the doors on (didnt go that well as it is a big hole in it) lol well thats my beliefs :P
