  • I don;t see why this is considered "epic" you're hiding in a thick forest that we can only view at 360p. Plus the music covers the sound of your movement. Haters gonna hate I guess...

  • HA i could tell you were a bujinkan ninja by the hand on the opposite shoulder

  • these things are actually stealth tactics i had been using and learned by myself without ever hearing about or seeing them. maybe since i was... 9 or 10. so its been about 7 years since i started doing this trying to perfect it. put simply its all about being capable of hiding in plain sight. some can actually do this naturally. half the time i don't even realize im doing it and scare the crap out of my friends XD

  • lol

  • how much noise do you make when you walk? I use the heel to toe method or sometimes the panther walk, but the most I can reduce the sound to is that of opening a bag of potato chips

  • where'd he go?

  • nice video

  • one wor d can describe this AWESOME

  • Hi. I know what you mean with this tactics, but there is something else that a ninja do for better camouflage. Your samples are great at night, fog, smoke, rains, etc. The use of a net fixed on your entire body with leaves and/or branches tied properly to this, give you the appearance of a bush, plants monticule, or a part of a tree, or a plant. Remember that a ninja use everything that make him part of the environment surrounding him. This techniques were applied for snipers ans US Seals. ;)

  • Ok, this is just sad. My 14 year old cousin hides this good.

  • nice music its relaxing

  • nice music its relaxing

  • at first i thought you were just doing it for laughs then i watched your videos and they make good sense and they work pretty well

  • Well done, but oriental music would have been more appropriate.

  • Is this a joke?

  • you have practice this like a year or you aren't good

  • Who taught you the Application of Concealment and Stealth Tactics and Evasion?

  • Yo freakin super nature ninja !

  • hahahahahhaahahahahahahahaahahahahahahahaahahahahaaaaaahahahahahhahaahhahahahhaahahahahahah

  • I just had visions of someone walking past with their dog haha

    very cool video though

  • you are epic

  • @twilight5397 thank you for your kind words.

  • @ShinobiMystic no problem dude

  • @ShinobiMystic

How do you climb a tree properly ?

  • @twilight5397 you have GOT to teach me that haha

  • What is that track? Need to have it. O.O

  • The Music is good But the Video..........!

  • i,ve seen better

  • well its 2008 ( video title ) so may be now he hides better . yeah disclaimer warning - dont try to hide like this cos youll be seen . add a `` camera glitch `` and pop chosen ninja in there .

  • rectification ton camo ete ne passe pas non plus lol

  • that's not very good camouflage, but the positioning was alright

  • this is actually hilarious

  • buddy get yourself a ghillie suit

  • SENIOR SNEAKY!!!!

  • where do you live?? ive always wanted to live in place like that, near the forest/woods or whatever thats actually called

  • @vTheDarknessv new england in the usa.

  • @vTheDarknessv temperate decidious forest to be exact lol

  • Wouldnt you be better off with a ghillie suit and a one legged crawl? imho there are to many fast movements here and you are pretty high when you move.

  • If you don't move, it's really hard to see you...It's like rabbit hunting, you don't even know that they are there until they burst out of a bush. If they didn't move, they would get shot, course they don't know that

  • ShinobiMystic,

What exactlly is your definitions of "real ninjas" ?

  • @BrokenTengu9there is only one ninja left on earth masaki hatsumi. We can try to be ninja but will never now the true secrets there are too many limitations. Thanks for watching.

  • whatch when you lay down or crouch .. you'll creat a line (virtical, horizontal) basicly when we patrol ( sPECIAL forces) we scan the enviroment and the first things we look at is vertical, horizontal lines. exept for trees theres almost nothing natural to the enviroment that displayes them lines in the bush

  • just a touch up from my comment last year at the bottem of the page.

i'd strongly recoment becomeing a deer hunter befour you try join the seals, Team up with some good hunters and let them show you how its done then hone your senses of deer, the'll provide you with all the sences you need and you can train your mental sences

  • If I was walking through the woods and this guy was after me I think I would be pretty safe.

  • Also, when you are crawling up to the tree at 1:06 it looks like you are crawling like a typical soldier would until you crawl on your hands and knees. This is easily seen as it makes too much side to side motion and tears up grass leaving a trail. Try laying flat with your forearms flat ad your palms under you face. Move you palms out in front slightly and lift up on your toes and forearms, scooting you body forward. This circular motion forward is hard to detect and won't leave a trail.

  • The situation that you are applying this is very important. If you are talking about stealth in a worse case scenario then you are moving WAY too fast as movement is the first thing your eyes notice (a brown rabbit in green grass is usually not seen until it moves). Also, i noticed that you move the same way no matter what type of brush your in. There are different ways of moving and stepping depending on the type and lenght of the brush.

  • more low postures... go well.

  • good one:)

  • @BuddhaZenMind thanks for watching.

  • I love you video. It is a great display of concealment with a woodland camouflage pattern. I would actually like to see what you could show us with different patterns and different environments.

  • @CORACOS That is very true. thanks for watching.

  • @ShinobiMystic For Example The "Urban Digital" Camouflage pattern in a night or dusk setting. That way at least the camera could have some light to work with. I would love to see some tricks with it. Or the same pattern in an alleyway or a cement jungle we call a park.

  • i like all of your videos i want to be a ninja when i grow up

just kidding but those are really cool videos

  • @Mrplutonium12 why not, we will never be real ninjas.

  • @ShinobiMystic ,

    What's your definition of a "Real Ninja " ?

  • well, I am sure this worked in 2008, but times have changed.

  • in ninjutsu do u actully lern to sneek around i want to go to ninjutsu im just wondering what to expect sorr y about any spelling mistakes

  • @camoman35 yeah you get to do that.

  • @ShinobiMystic im live in the uk is it still the same stelth tactics and such

  • hey duderz, go get a job!! better yet, go out on a date, with a girl....a real one... this is really pretty strange and a little unhealthy for you to be hiding around in the woods.... LOL at 4:00, I STILL SEEE YOU!!! LMAO! but n e wayz, hey i didn't mean to rain on your parade man, you're really good.......

OH JEEZ!! am i glad i waited for the "strike evasion" part LOL!!! this is just great!

    9:08-9:13 AHAHAHA!!! WTF MAN!???

  • lmao! i can disappear too if i hid behind trees. and the choreographed moves might have seemed real if they were practiced a bit more. retards! stick to star trek or dungens and dragons. i bet you have swords and you sword fight yourself in the mirror. lol if u hide in a bush in around here u get shot. oh wait you ninja guys can stop those to right? dam i guess im stuck here. oh wait how bout a silver bullet? or a stake in the heart? i bet chuck can kick your ass! lmfao!!! losers!!!

  • whats the point of this?

  • Sorry not impressed.

  • so pretty much get a cammo outfit and sit behind a bush or lay flat in tall grass got it .... - -

  • Quite nice body movement. You seem to be in balance all the time when you "sneak around". The "sparring part" n camoflage I think you can cut away - it dont add anything to the movie (rahter the oposite).

  • Quite nice body movement. You seem to be in balance all the time.

  • Dude this sucks ass you are not stealth at all. use a gillie suit and practice practical applications like someone with a sniper rifle. This demonstration only teaches us how to get killed

  • really good... are you force recon?

  • Good video, nice movement, but your camo is a little too brown for that area. If it had been slightly more green, I would hardly have noticed you behind the trees.

  • Good video, nice movement, but your camo is a little too brown for that area. If it had been slightly more green, I would hardly have noticed you behind the trees.

  • Good video, nice movement, but your camo is a little too brown for that area. If it had been slightly more green, I would hardly have noticed you behind the trees.

  • yes.....freak

  • to me I always wanted to learn hoe to do things like this. you shoul have classes

    LOL

  • what a bell end

  • at night = invisible.

  • good job tripping over the bush at 2:45

  • @TheJoshy1992 No one is perfect and his young.

Besides, it was just an minor mistake and he did adjust quickly to land on his feet.

  • Very well done in my training I tried similar methods even had an oportunity to try these methods out against the E.R.T team and K.9 unit one time Canadas version of S.W.A.T cops worked very well they didnt have a clue what happened to me and I escaped into the night at one point found myself submerged in a river breathing though a macdonalds straw covered in pond scum lol long story and all bad I assure you lol, great vid keep em comming......

  • @Highlandersforever wow that is amazing. Thanks for watching friend.

  • I see you lol

  • Whoops, I didn't realise that I commented twice. I thought I discarded my first comment.

  • In addition to what onthecuttingedge said, you also walk on your heels. That is the worst way to walk for stealth. You make too many sudden movements. Walk on the balls of your feet, and make your movements flow. Its better to move slowly for real stealth.

  • @cloudofsunsblood thanks friend.

  • Quite the contrary, Ninjutsu teaches one to walk using the side of one's foot. Carefully place the side of the heel where you want to step and then allow the ball of your foot to follow. It is very strange and quite difficult to get used to, but once you have mastered this, you will be 100% silent everywhere you go. Walking on the balls of your feet (aka tip-toeing) is little better than stomping around in timberland boots. As for sudden movements I agree, be more fluid and you will have it down

  • @50crowley yes that is it. I will work on this thank you friend.

  • some helpful hints from a 43 year study of real ninjitsu, your solid sole book are ineffective at really good stealth, make canvas soled tabi with 2 inches of cotton padding(packed), this will make soft (pads) so you can feel the ground better and they will prevent you from breaking sticks from under your feet if you step correctly, don't use rubber soles, they take away the sensitivity that your feet need to maintain a sense of touch. I will leave it here since you-tube has a limit on text.

  • @onthecuttingedge2005 thanks for your help friend.

  • @ShinobiMystic Another piece of advice from a Native scout in training: Don't walk on your heels. It takes away from your balance and control. Also, make your movements flow, not sudden. Great breaking of your outline, though. When you become your surroundings, you become invisible.

  • hes hiding behind bushes and laying in the grass... i gotta say, this does not take much skill. unless hes learning something more interesting than how to play hide and seek, it doesnt matter much whether or not you can feel the ground through your soles.

  • @ Taunton1stRifle

This is an art form not just wearing the right clothing and camo.

its about the movement the positions.

This is very different to military stealth.

  • i like the vid, but wouldnt it be better too use the standard lepard crawl done by UK army, u dont pop up and give your position away every time you move

  • no offense here..but if i were to put on my BDU's from when i was in the army and paint up and go out in the woods..id be pretty fuckin invisible..heres the trick...wear camo that breaks up your shape..such as marine corps digi's or army ACU's or even BDUs which your wearing it seems..and take what foliage surrounds you and apply them to whatever you can on your person..patrol cap, helmet, facemask, pockets and limit excessive motion..just remember not to take foliage from your exact location..

  • Shinobi, do you think i would be able to visit you and train with you?

    God bless and take care!

  • maybe friend, where do you live and train?

  • Pennsylvania, lemont furnace

at my house im not giving street address out in public lol.

    god bless, take care =p

  • That is cool, you are not far from Kissrdbc. The gentleman I trained with the past summer, in New York State, I am from MA.

  • cool, when i get older i plan on visiting choson ninja, you think i would be able to visit you?

  • I wouldn't bother with Choson he is a quack.

  • lol he seams ok to me =p

  • holy crap im From MA lol so the ninjas are in MA now i need to look to my back now.

    my instincts r sharp LOL

  • while ur at this pop smoke then start moving duhhhhh

  • basicly i scrolled down and read the comments for a bit then scrolled back up and tryed to spot you. It was hard! haha great vid.

  • no way my new stealth stuff is way better.

  • Few comments-

    Wonderful blending in tactics! :] :] :]

You just forgot th first rule of non-urban Terrain wear.

    Gray is Gay.

I wouldn't have been able to see you at ALL if the head had been a different color wrapping.

    )O( Blessed Be )O(

  • Thanks for watching. I see your point. But what is grey in my video? Usually I wear some grey in spotting snow in winter.

  • Isn't the turban-mask gray? It seems so in the video.

  • it is an olive color but yes it does look grey in this video.

  • Hm.

Well, you know how to make practical-application Guillie Suits? If not, I can give you a quick fix on them.

  • Oh-

I would like to remark that you should give visual demonstrations of behind-the-back takedowns.

I can send you some ideas if you'd like but they are awesome with visual demonstrations.

  • Wo man i am very impressed with this video man great job

  • thanks for watching, but the video's in my stealth video series is much better.

  • no offense and its good to see you have some skill but use the larger foliage more ...your doing stuff like kneeling in grassland...thus you being the rock/bush...that wont work in a combat environment however you are successful in larger foliage try shifting sticks/bushes/leaves back when you enter an concealment stance also if your going to become a seal buy some gear with similar weights to that used by them then try ...learn the new balances

BTW this is comeing from a commando good luck.

  • thanks for your help. I understand completely.

  • It's good to know that others have these skills and continue working on them. The arts of stealth and deflection are our greatest tools. Your blending with camo is good, try using brush to cover your back, thus creating vegetation on top of you as you lay, squat, and lean into the foliage. Thank you

  • yes I should do that more, have you seen my stealth of the shinobi video? I did somthing like that.

  • I would have already shot you

  • hey whats the point of learing this i mean u never get to use it lol

  • I am going into the Navy to become a Seal.

  • I am headed to the US Navy to become a SEAL as well. But I admit, I stalk and track deer and other small game and I am confident that I could find you. I am also confident I could hide from you.

You cant do all this carrying a rifle and all the gear you are going to need for a hunt. You body is balanced but you walk slow. Deny your adversary his senses, while keeping yours honed and sharp, mainly your ears.

  • your visible through the whole vid

  • yes I am otherwise how would you see my transitions to my new concealed spots. Please watch carefully. 3:05 etc.

  • told

  • told

  • incredibly impressed,

who taught you what you know?

  • I learned as much as I could from books and video's now I am going to a dojo.

  • lol

  • This is just... its bad. You're bobbing all over the place and taking huge steps and falling onto the ground. And hitting trees. A small hit at a base of a tree translates to a lot of movement at the top if the tree. Yeah, you're hard to see when you're still. But any fool can throw on camo (you may wanna try finding some that matches). There's not much stealth in this video.

  • Very nice at about 2:07 into it you are coming towards the camera and it looks like a ninja is behind YOU!

  • oh yeah, paintball

  • Where would this stealth be applied?

or upon who? this is a sensible question

    thanks

  • criminals and the king of england

  • Good warriors can fight. Great warriors can disappear. Nice editing, and music, too. I like it.

  • Thanks for watching friend.

  • +10 XP

    +1 Awesome

  • Awesome, thanks for watching friend.

  • This video is actualy a distraction.

There is really infact 24 Ninjas in your house right now.

Can you find them before they get you first?

  • I found 8 of them.

  • Who taught you how to move? I have been practicing stealth technique since I was a child, making it very easy to pick up on mistakes. Don't roll about, it makes too much noise, slow your movements as the eye is attracted to motion, and for the love of all that is good keep your head level! All that bobbing and weaving throws off your equilibrium and it shows in your movements. As far as hiding goes you are alright, but you need some work on your transitions. I'm not a troll just trying to help.

  • I got ya thanks for watching friend.

  • yes that is true but I love stealth.

  • There are actually 7 ninjas in this vid,Mike is showing you what NOT to do.

  • Put some mud on your head -- your hair is too shiny and blonde. I know, I have the same problem when I'm concealing.

  • hey congrats on the kimono... here in brazil we train koga ha kurokawa ryu and we've been tryin to make a good kimono for year but we never found good material

  • 00:49 where's the sniper loool

  • Wow, amazing video ShinobiMystic. I'm so jealous, but really amazing.

  • Thanks for watching.

  • You're welcome, I hope to see more videos like this.

  • what I am trying to get at is the best way to deal with that is to take in all thoughs variables and consider is there a bette option that is the best way also move extreamly slow inch or two a min if enemy is nearyby therefor cutting the pos of detection down greatly I also teach to have a holly type of cloth attached to your feet in crawlying this will pick up the trampled vegitation and stand it back up as to not leav a trail but all in all expereince is your best et

  • thank you friend

  • Excellent, thank you for watching friend.

Yes I was wondering what do snipers or shadow warriors do about disbrubing the vegitation around them. some areas are very thickly settled and disturbing them or brushing up against trees and shubs will happen. You can stay concealed but your movement will give away pressence as the surrounding shrubs jostle around. What do they do to avoid this?

  • yes this is a very real problem an many different variabls come into effect like what time of day the weather the lighting and were the enemy is you are trying to sneak by along with many other things one way is the oldest of tricks movie at night and slowly but if you are not permitted to do so then you have to think what type of vegitation it is will it make alot of noise when disturbed or will it clearly show movment far away as well as is the person close enough to notice

    next comment

  • You concealed yourself well. I cant help wondering if some of the poses you ended up in were a little awkward to assault from should the need arise. If you know the location of threat, then you can use cover to move in, flank or retreat. If you have unkown threats then, to remain in stealth you should avoid fast movements, make as little noise as possible and dont expose yourself needlessly. perhaps I missjudge your intended application for this. I have no qualifications to back up my opinion XD

  • Yes some are awkward to fight from but it is not that bad just have to stay aware and ready for anything.

  • go full speed without telling him what punches to throw and i'll be impressed

  • Hello I train marine snipers in the stelth art you are very good one thing you can do is attach some common veggitation in the area and attach it to your uni old tech but very effective if you have any questions ask happy to help

ps I have trained extensively with the Bujinkan its a great art nothing like it keep up the good work

  • Wow! Very good video. Inspires me to try. I am fascinated with the idea of non-conventional movement. The human brain is programmed to recognize movement characteristics such as Strides explained in the description of this video.

I've noticed as a child, if you hide and put your HEAD DOWN, you are far less recognizable for some reason. I guess they expect to see a head and eye-balls looking out from a hiding spot. Such as hiding in plain site at 3:54 You hold still, easily overlooked.

  • lol is this serious? next time try to turn the music off so we can hear all the branches that brakes

  • ok, I have a few video's where i had done that, called stealth test.

  • ookami

  • Interesting videos. I see you have acceptional skill. Keep it up and you will only improve on what you already are doing well. It will be interesting to see more from you.

  • hey shinobi , punching guy was not guarding on left punch see 7:30

    well is that u??

  • shinobi your videos have helped me out alot ive been practicing and ive gotten alot better

  • I am glad you like them, thanks for watching friend.

  • oh God more fake crap-lol Come on train with the Bujinkan and learn the real thing

  • This is an old video, I am getting formal training now. But this is some stealth I did using my camera to learn from. Your an instructor why be so negative oh sorry your in the bujinkan so that gives you permission? I think not, why not try to help me with constructive comments instead of calling me a fake. Thanks for nothing.

  • i agree with you

  • If you have to use mud and water for everything that is left. Under your eyes. And your eye lids. Your fingers and nails.

  • I like to play paintball, I can imagine you'd be great at ambush\sniper roles.

  • yeah I like to play paint ball too, it is good practice.

  • 0:55 turn ankles inward, flat to the ground.

  • yes I see, thanks.
