even though this is old i'll say the way to fix your issue is less turnning and when your middle sensor doesn't pass a black line you hit a sharp turn you need to make a sharp turn

Those officials need to stop lacing the lines with the robo crack....

We had a fanuc Picker/placer misplace a line of code and it flung a 300 lb part about 200 feet......Thankfully we had safety cages......Guess it really hated that motoman though(We had a brand new 3 million dollar motoman that checked parts, but they only turned it on every few weeks.....guess the fanuc got tired of it being lazy all the time).
