That's interesting, I never knew about this one. I do know that Courtney doesn't like Madonna for whatever reason, as evidence by her interrupting of Madonna's interivew at the MTV awards in 1995, also with Kurt Loder. This being around 2/3 years later, there must definetely have been some animosity.
