What's the protocol for taking off your jersey in a fight? If it's over your head you can but you're not supposed to take it off on your own since it's considered an unfair advantage?

Yeah technically it's an unfair advantage, but Konstantinov wasn't really a fighter, so of course he didn't wear a tie-down strap on his jersey to keep it from coming up in fights. Usually failure to do this results in a game misconduct penalty.
