Yep, the steering's still terrible. This game was a huge disappointment for me. I loved the original Daytona on Saturn, and despite the crummy graphics, it was the most fun to play. I can't remember all of my complaints over Daytona 2001, but I felt it was a dud. It's very strange how the Dreamcast sequels to Daytona and Sega Rally were such letdowns. I never quite understood that one.

I am seriously thinking about hitting ebay right now and buying a Dreamcast and this game! $50 for a NEW DC and this game is, of course, dirt cheap so... HERE I GO!!! ROOOOOLLLLIIINNNNGGG STAAAAAAAART!!! My wife will get pissed but fuck her up the ass!
@dajzilla dont do it..!!!! I have It and got very board soon..!!!! the arcade version is much beter !!!!and you should throw some coins in that machine.....you can play up to 5 people with that...!!!! its insane..!!!!
If you do buy a dreamcast, buy house of the dead and shemune 1 & 2. crazy taxi and hydro-thunder....those are good games...!!!

Sega ruined the handling on this DC version..... look at the cars constantly skidding about, it was never like that in the arcade.
The very first original Daytona version for the Saturn had the worst graphics but the best handling by far.
