@jackyjackson "YOU" people? What exactly do you mean? I'm perfectly happy to discuss the topic honestly. If you can speak with some substance, I'd be happy to entertain the conversation. And if you can prove that Network Marketing is illegal and provide sufficient proof that it's dishonest and shouldn't be allowed, I'd happily have that conversation.
But you should learn how to communicate with people FIRST. Throwing insults at a perfect stranger is not the best way to communicate.
@jackyjackson Something is either legal or not. So we've established that it's legal. Infact the Wall Street Journal gave out a supplement on Direct Selling promoting the industry. Your use of language shows the class of person that you are. Speaking so rudely to someone you don't even know.
As I said before, thanks for your input. It's nice to have feedback from people like you too. It makes an interesting read.
@jackyjackson Again, you DON'T know me, so once again, thanks for your input. I think you should use your great communication skills and powers of influence to bring down the Network Marketing Industry. When you do, I shall take notice of what you have to say. As long as you communicate by insulting me, I'm afraid I, nor anyone reading this thread can take you seriously.
I don't plan to bring down an industry, I'll just settle for insulting you. Of course when people read this they'll know that if someone is taking this so seriously than it must be a questionable matter.
Which it is. It's a scam and you're a scam artist.
Just want to make you sure that you understood that.
@jackyjackson No, they'll read this and see that you've just hurled abuse, yet had nothing of substance to say. You SAY it's a scam, and that I'm a scammer, but yet have zero evidence to support your argument. I still fail to understand. Perhaps you should go and work on your debating/communication skills. Goodnight, and sincerely, thanks for brightening up my day :)
CEOs and upper management don't "do the least amount of work." Quite contrary, they have hard high pressure jobs that they had to do tons of work to earn and keep.
You say that someone at the bottom of an MLM pyramid can earn more than someone near the top(10x even). Can you prove this? The only proof I would believe is a tax return showing sales commissions and business expenses netting to a significant income without a downline.
@SuperSaiyanMusashi I don't need to proove that point at all. There is plenty of evidence out there, and a 5 year old can grasp that concept. Clearly that basic maths is beyond your comprehension. If Network Marketing is a scam, then why did The Wall Street Journal just publish an entire supplement on Direct Selling? You don't have to answer that, it's a rhetorical question.
@hiraniworld Actually, the basic math is beyond YOUR grasp. I've a Bachelor Degree in Mathematics and credit for 6 Actuarial exams. Saying "there's evidence out there" doesn't hold up in court or in science. Now, if you have a link to an MLMer tax return that shows significant net earnings without a downline, show it to me and I'll believe it pending a reality test. Otherwise, "sorry; Your 'proof' = Not good enough"
Finally: I ask for proof, you respond with childish insults. That'll work
@SuperSaiyanMusashi Tax Returns have nothing to do with it. Your argument has no relevance. You think that just because you join a Network Marketing Company, then you're GUARANTEED to make more money than anyone that joins after you. I've joined companies and made MORE money than people that joined the SAME company YEARS before me. You prove that it doesn't work mathematically. The fact is, if you're right, then the industry would cease to exist, and Network Marketing wouldn't be accepted.
Having a hierarchy in your company is NOT what "pyramid scheme" means. Pyramid schemes are based on recruiting or "referring" people to the company. You make money based on the people you get to buy your schtick. That's a pyramid.
@mrunge340 Enlightening View....So when you refer someone to go see a movie, that's a Pyramid Scheme right? Or if you refer someone to the Gym and the gym rewards you for it, that's a Pyramid Scheme too? Or how about Apartment Complexes that reward for referrals? Don't tell me, "Pyramid" Scheme? Or Keller Williams Realty, who are classified as a Direct Sales/Network Marketing Company, Pyramid Scheme too?
A teller at a bank is a bad analogy because her income is not contingent upon recruiting other bank tellers, nor is it contingent upon how well other tellers perform. Whether you are in a pyramid scheme, network marketing scheme, whatever...you have to recruit other people who perform well in order to continue earning a percentage of their sales. You can either recruit a bunch of mediocre sellers, or a handful of stellar ones. A better analogy would have been a car dealership.
Simply put, if your income is based upon recruiting other people to WORK FOR the company - and you have not been specifically hired as a recruiter or HR personnel - you are bordering upon a pyramid scheme. Network Marketing avoids this by selling something. So now, you don't just make income off of recruiting people, but on how well they sell the product, and how well the people they recruit sell the product, and so forth.
@SeauxG00d A Bank Teller is a perfect analogy. You clearly STILL don't know what Network Marketing is. There are PLENTY of people that make money without "recruiting!" You can RETAIL product in ANY good MLM Company. So JUST like in a job, you're reliant upon your own efforts.
And in a job, the higher up the ranks you go, the more contingent your salary becomes on the efforts AND performance of others. If your team/employees don't perform, your job becomes unstable.
@SeauxG00d I suggest you go back and do your research. And as for bordering on a Pyramid Scheme, so is a job. Something is either legal, or it isn't. Network Marketing doesn't avoid anything, it just IS legal. That statement is frankly stupid. You could say anybody and everybody avoid doing something illegal everyday. What would be the point of that? I didn't kill someone today, so I avoided being a murderer. Then what? Good Luck with your research.
I would like to request that you do a review of Lyoness. What do you think it is? Is it just a loyalty programme? It worries me that they allow you to buy positions though (this does not sound good as you are not paying for a product in this case). Is it then a pyramid? What is the difference between a matrix and a pyramid. Thanks again.
The corporate business model is a sustainable one! A pyramid scheme is a non-sustainable business model that involves promising participants payment, services or ideals, primarily for enrolling other people into the scheme or training them to take part, rather than supplying any real investment or sale of products or services to the public. Pyramid schemes are a form of fraud!
@NGE0001 I agree....Pyramid Schemes are a form of Fraud....! However, if the corporate model is SOOO sustainable, why is there massive uproot? Why are there record levels of unemployment?
Now, Network Marketing, that's sustainable too, and better than the corporate business model. I hope you're not confused about the difference between Network Marketing and Pyramid Schemes.
Very Well Done. Capitalism is alive and well. Let's take these concepts to the world. My time and effort can affect the outcome of my efforts... I hope to meet you someday and see how you are doing.
Very Nice Video, I researched you and all that came up was SCAM SCAM SCAM, But this makes sense the way you described it, I hope your a honest man, as I'll be meeting you soon.
@EasyMLMSuccess No, you use pretty much the same brain washing tactics as religion does and brainwash stupid people, both WV and Wealth Masters are well known scams over here in norway and will soon be closed down by the lottery commision so spare your bullshit for retarded americans
Great video! It shows with great simplicity the differences between the two: corporate pyramid and network marketing pyramid... It simply amazes me the mentality of people in this day-and-age
I am also confused about the last posters comments lol I didn't hear anyone in the video say anything about people with GEDs or people going to college are jokes? Anyway, great video and 100% true!
@Tellafew actually yes please do - building a network is fine, and thats how you can excel at your job - networking within AND out. Competition is good, it drives the person and the company, no fault there. The Federal Reserve produces money yes, but they don't control it - research a little more. Most governments don't endorse free enterprise? North America, South America, Europe and most of Asia ALL endorse free enterprise... So - Yes, please, go on, but this time with facts.
Don't get me wrong, your a good speaker and a lot of people will be blinded by the charismatic aspect you put forward. You say 'banker' like its a bad thing although they dominate cash flow, saying competition is increasing the lower you go down, false - competition as with all things increases as you go up (in both) and when did the government invent pyramids? LOL - you mean capitalism? I can keep going, but i hope your no longer 'confused'. if so - email me : )
@TheCigarNut "The richest people in the world look for and built NETWORKS. Everyone else looks for work." - Robert Kiyosaki ... a banker is a job ;) a bank doesn't dominate cashflow, the Federal Reserve does. Competition increases when you go down, as there are more people below that want to be on the seat of the CEO and that will never happen ;) Most governments don't endorse free enterprise ... do I need to go on?
Simply amazes me that no one has corrected you. Very well done motivation - I give you that, but the 'facts' you kept talking about really were no 100% truths, and aside from that I love how people who go to college and work a job are 'jokers' and 'blinded' where those who have GED's or less are the bright ones. Simply... simply amazing
Wow and everyone said I was a naive 18 year-old, cheers to you mate! This video truly says a lot about one of the biggest and best industries in the whole world. More power to you and fellow networkers around the world. :)
