I am continually amazed at the seemingly obvious intellectual dishonesty some of you WeAreChange people display (but maybe I shouldn't anymore).

According to the sidebar information Anthony, your defense for posting these flyers is that a) they were only on public property and b) public property is completely legal to post flyers on.

OMG - too funny. Here's what you do then Anthony. Go make me a video of you at the Police station and at the Ohio DOT

And when you meet with these two groups - tell them "Hey I went around Columbus and Dayton and plastered flyers - but only on public property (even though technically power polls are usually PRIVATE property of the utility companies).

In short Anthony, I guarantee you that nearly every poster - if not every poster - you put up was illegal/unlawful. So go head - grab you camera and go express your "first amendment" rights - I'd love to see their responses.

Unfortunately for you, I actually did check with my local laws, and posting fliers on signs and telephone polls is not illegal, plus people post garage sale signs and missing pet signs on them all the time. So your argument just falls apart. Good job.

Most likely you are lying. I contacted the Columbus and Dayton Police Departments.

Specifically I talked with Officer Harter at the Columbus PD and he specifically told me poles, signs, etc - are completely off limits and any posting on such objects constitutes vandalism. You can contact the Columbus PD at the following number: (614) 645-4545. Simply ask to talk to an officer, or request Officer Harter.

Similarly you can contact the Dayton Pd and talk with their Information Officer at ...

I've been watching ALL the Obama Joker videos, and I am beginning to regain my pride in being an American. I really had come to the conclusion that we were irretrievably lost, but I am quickly changing my mind.

great job, but be careful what ur putting the posters on, there are laws, like putting them on manicans, and bussiness/hotel windows, won't be tolerated, glueing them on someones window?? thats not right, keep to the poles and walls city owned, look for where other posters are put up, and put a bunch there...im not taking their side, but the police will use these vids to prosecute, dont think they wont, and people may say w/e, thats what we want...butyou dont want community service or fines...
