The doctors, nurses, health care workers and the patients run the system. All the protocols are made by them, and are flexible. the md and patient decide on how long and what care. The French medical care for all only contracts out to a private company to do the paper work.

Cat had access to very low interest loans from the major banks, so they were able to accelerate their off-shoring of manufacturing to China and buy up infrastructure in China. US citizens bank-rolled that effort ie we bailed out the banks, and, in turn, Cat profited.

We have a government that protects monopolies and banks to the exclusion of all else and therefore keeps the rich growing richer and the poor, poor. There is no free competition. Nobody today can start a new bank or a new media company. The monopolies are too powerful and they get billions in handouts and tax breaks. But you need government planning and spending to build infrastructure in a county. The US is too busy fighting for empire
