In 2000 My 18 yr old son and two of his friends were arrested for a murder they did not commit. My son and one of the other boys were coerced into false confessions. They spent 178 days in Macomb County Jail., before being released.But They were only released after We there mothers went down south and got the evidence the Mich. authorities refused. Two other young men from our town committed a 37 State Crime Spree of mayhem and murder, including the murder here.

Our son's were released 'Without Prejudice'..There was never any admition of wrong doing by the authorities here. The other two men, the true murders, were brought here in 2006, plead "No Contest" and sentenced to life.
