This song is so sublime that it makes me (who has no experience with computer graphics or producing music videos) want to produce my own video for this song. It would probably cost a few million to make and a bunch of CGI to perfect it to match the image in my head, but even then it still wouldn't surpass my vivid imagination yet it would still satisfy me. Sigh, but this serene sound is enough to keep me content.

No Offense but the footage in this video doesn't go with the darkness of the song..dont get me wrong,you did a great job making the video.but trent reznor is getting at something very dark in this song and exposing natures beauty doesn't really play well with the track,just saying

great use of thematic imagery -- it seems the subject of each shot relates to the album art of a different generation of nin art, from tds-like moths, ants, bees, and dead rats to more ghost like landscapes

the part with the tea candles, buddha & dorje, that fades into the sea is a beautiful segment -- stunning blend.

really dug the incense... but not the cigarettes -- was sorta like clipping the wings to me.

nonetheless -- superb video! well done!

Some really amazing shots you've got in here. Nice one. My criticisms, (if I may be so bold) would be that overall the whole thing is a little fast. Both in terms of clip speed and amount of shots. Also, I don't think you need to cover so much ground. The beauty of the Fragile videos was having the time to take in the imagery. Plus, I don't think you need to be so literal, (closing eye, religious imagery for "faith"). Pick a single theme and colour and slow it all down and it'd look great.
