awesome improv bro... love it... i got a question for you tho... to tune down that low did you have to do anything special to your guitar? i heard that the neck will warp over time if you don't get something done to it

i doubt it i never heard of that but that would be cool to know from someone who plays on B tunning, my guitar is always tuned #C and i mean im not a pro or play live or anything but i jam and play for fun and is mostly like that all the time its been like this for about 5 years and i see no diff.

i want to tune down 1 1/2 steps on my 6 string ... i've always been too scared to leave it tuned down that low because i was told a long time that it would warp the neck... i want to tune down my 7 one whole step too... right now they both one half step down... thanks man i've been asking this q for a long time you're the only who responded... \m/ \m/

if you ll do it in a guitar shop - they are "professional" - but you can also do it at home ( i did it at home ). You just have to look if the neck is littlebit u-shaped and strenghtend or loosen the thing @ the head

dude really dont be scared it will be fine like greaser said you can adjust your guitar if the neck bends thats a "IF" you know what i mean if you use supper thick gauge strings it could happen if the tension is so strong but thats your job to experiment with string gauges you know, dont be scared.
