Again there is no need for pressing the barbell up at the top of the movement. You're focus should be on the rotor cuffs. The cuban press is a good warm up before any type of press exercise (bench press, shoulder press, etc.) Good video!
@BTek4 why not? It doesn't hurt to throw in the pressing as it serves as warming up with much lower weight than usual. I do it at least, and this particular exercise has sorted my shoulder problems when benching, due I think to incorrect scapular position
How did it gets its name?? CUBAN press? like the sandwich?
