I'm not sure what the problem could be. Is there water in the air hose? That could be the problem. I'm not really sure. Maybe you just got a defective volcano. Your best bet would be to call the company and tell them your problem.

@IqpIqpI I feed him Tetra large tropical flakes, Hikari sinking carnivore pellets, and Hikari floating cichlid pellets.

Looks great I have a question on the volcano I just bought one and it doesn't seem
To make bubbles and can't figure out why my tank is pretty deep maybe 3 feet deep do u think that might be why? Please help

@aguzman52588 Oh wow you're right. Just looked at some on google images. It was sold to me as a "Jack Dempsey" at petco but I guess they were wrong.
