@wolfmantip I like the acoustic version done by Kepi (lead singer), there are mainy different live videos on here of it. When I hear it, I don't think "Herman's Hermits" version comes REMOTELY close. I'm a fan of "Herman's Hermits", but Kepi Ghoulie is a musical genius and a great guy. I've seen him live at least a couple dozen times, but you know I'm 29 and only go to live shows every other week so what do I know. Everybody has their own cup o' tea...
wow...i've been bored in my days...but why even bother?...i feel like an old aunt just gave me a abacus for my birthday...hey, who sucked out the soul from rock n' roll?
I met him at a thing for the Secretions about a month ago in Sacto and it was very tempting to ask him, but he was such a cool and nice guy that I forgot about it.
I have one question. Where did you hear they broke up??? I can't find that info anywhere...and why would they break up. Shit, I still remember what a breath of fresh air the Ghoulies were when I first saw them in the late '80s...I hope it is not true. Thanks
You are not kidding. Saw them the first time in 1987 or 8??? Different members of course, except for Kepi. Every show they play is nothing but fun and totally rocking. Love this band. I hope they never break up. They are rock and roll.
kepi is such a strange mix of goofy, macho serious, cute bunny rabbits, and rock&roll. but goddamn this band always looks like they're having such a good time
As The Grinch would say...STINK, STANK, STUNK. Doesn't come REMOTELY Close to Herman's Hermit's.

@kelleyjones123 they play Eastwood guitars, they mainly make copy guitars from the 60's and 70's that are out of production by the original factories

I've been going to Ghoulie shows for 11 years and I've never once been unhappy at a show. They make you enjoy yourself and I'm glad they do.
