Will Capcom take a chance on bringing it to the U.S considering the reviews and sales for Sengoku Basara 3 were in the pits? I bought SB3 last year, and I was hoping the developers would've done more with the game than make an improved retread of SB2. And I don't see too much success with this round unless online co-op gameplay is introduced.

@choice2099 lol sb3 is pretty much an half ass version of sb2 since it has less modes no alternate costumes just pallet swaps cutting out original characters that fans wanted to play weapons just being recolors of the first weapon & way too many sagegahara stages which pretty much has the same 2 target boss the only thing i like is better combat & camera

@Chasamune Well seeing as Maeda Toshiie, Matsu, Uesugi Kenshin, Kasuga, Hojo Ujimasa were playable in the last games and were NPCs in 3, with all the other NPCs allready turned into playable characters no, chances are they´ll be the last characters with one addition that we don´t know yet about, seeing as those are only 5. But seeing as Shingen is only sick and got better in one of Yuki´s storylines and has an ingame model, it might be him...or maybe a playable suprirse character like Hideyoshi?

@itstant No, those are UNPCs (Unique Nion-playable characters), NPCs are the characters that allready have a worked out design, personality, moveset, story, etc. while the UNPCs lack a lot of originiality in terms of design, moveset and story. As I´ve said, they´ll probably be Matsu, Maeda Toshiie, Uesugi Kenshin, Kasuga, Hojo Ujimasa and Takeda Shingen.

So with the 16 from Sengoku BASARA 3, the 8 who were announced now for Utage make 24. So there are still 6 missing, as indicated by the Sengoku BASARA Utage site, with the 6 ? spots iin the character section. There are 5 NPCs left: Kenshin, Kasuga, Matsu, Toshiie and Ujimasa. So there´s one more, who´ll probably be Shingen, seeing as he as a ingame model thanks to a cutscene.

@twitchyphilosopher No problem, as for region free: The PS3 games are all region free, seeing as they don´t even have the lock codes on the system, sadly the Wii is still locked, so you can only play JP games on a JP console. But there are ways to go around that (in my eyes totally useless) lock, just google it, as I´m quite sure youtube would take that comment down if I´d post a link or methods here. <-<

@chungga94 Yep, if you import the japanese Wii version, you won´t be able to play it on your non-JAP Wii unless you have the right software or meassures for it. As for the japanese PS3 version, it doesn´t matter if you have a PAL/USA/JAP PS3, you can play it just fine. The only thing that might not work is the save file transfer feature. You can transfer all the stuff you got in SB3 to Utage, but it won´t work with Samuraii Heroes, namely the english version. But you can play Utage just fine.

Nah, there are some that allready knew that, it´s just that he´s called Zabii, the translator actually translated it as Xavi, but I put it back, seeing as that´s how I´ve known him since the first BASARA and how he is known in japan. The one you mean was called Francis Xavier, the rest you said is true though. Whats funny is people still do not realize that zabii is actually xavi. Xavi is based of Xaviour. He was a missionary who spread religous teachings through japan. Later, he was executed in Japan.
