How does the handlebar tube lock into the upright position? I see in other videos the handlebar being bent into the folded position without any latch or lever. What is released? How does it stay up when ridden then pop over so easily?
There's a cable that cantilevers off the front tube, and runs through that silver widget. When you lock the seat down into position, it's held fast together.
