Prices of thr s15 jap spec have gone down heaps. i deal with the trade and there going now for around 22k. imports have gone down in sales. when they land here in melbourne it cost between 14k and 17k + compliance which varies in price. imports are really doing it tough.

Actually 5 lbs of boost in an LS1 will result in around 600hp and 600+ft lbs... approximately. With six bolt mains, very robust internals and an ingenious oil system, 700whp and just as much torque can be had with just a tad more boost...easy.
