I just got back from there, and that part of the beach was packed, very nice place, & I liked the bar you mentioned 'Los Amigos' nice people nice food. I wanna go back ;-)
If you go back I recommend 'The Beachcomber' Great Burgers :-D or Levante for their lovely Pizza and awesome Sangria. :-)

We also like Los Amigos bar and the Chinese Whou Zhou is very good too.
