@chelseabieber17 Auto tune is not on this track if you listen you'll hear a phase which is probably a chorus effect, and you can hear the reverb,and there's probably a good amount of eq on this track. For a person with bieber in there name you got to realize there's a million dollars worth of equipment behind Justin to make his voice sound as big as it does.
