To date I have only purchased new DVD's - as soon as the novelty has worn off most titles can be had for £3-£6 delivered (UK). Currently using Standard Def hardware with DVD's only. May purchase a Blu-Ray player however I'm not really interested in taking the HD plunge until Blu-Ray titles have come down to the £3-£6 range. Simply not prepared to pay £15-£30 nor am I prepared to download.
I can tell you where not to shop and that is FYE everything there is so expensive!

I only buy new dvds. I have never actually purchased a used dvd. I'm kinda scared that it won't come with all the original inserts and what not.
