@thesws Quality ! i certainly remember queues around the block ! Pay the money, hand ya coat in and walk down the steps. Small place which made it all the more better for it. Lubi on the decks after some groovy live band action. Gutted when it closed. Why did it close it was one of the best jazz joints in the north. Probably one of the best in the UK . The HiFi Club just doesnt have that same feeling. Nice...

is it because chinese and japanese ppl pronounce the "L" sounds as "R" sounds? for ex. dollar is dorrar...

Actually, only the japanese are known to overuse the letter R.

Chinese, i believe, are not capable of pronouncing it at all, so they use L instead of R. ^^

The standout track from their '92 album Jazzin, and the one on The Rebirth of Cool 3 that brought them to UK attention - with one of the best intro lines of any tune- period. I caught them at the Blue Note in Hoxton, London years ago, and they were mindblowing.....and certainly joined those dots.
