i love this song...but why is it so short?

there's just one hook in the beginning and two lines after that "ratoon ki meri neend gayi hai...din ko bhi ub chain nahi hai...dekh kai tum ko...yeh sochta hoon..tera bhi kya...haal yehi hai"...and then the hook again...and then its over...WTF!!??
