@burz8585 No hes speaking English/Hebrew. In Hebrew the name for G-d , well i wont say it since its so holy, but sometimes in the Psalms they use the first half of His Name which is YAH. Therefore, the Rastafarians take that into English: JAH.

@socomfan555 Your right that Babylon was a city though, but that city was full of inmoral things, corruption and other things like that, that's why it's now used to represent all those things that are against God's rules.That's why you can hear in the lyrics "Testify against the babylon system." In reggae that term is defined as this: "eferring to human government and institutions that are seen as in rebellion against the rule of JAH (God)" - Wikipedia
