I was outraged when I seen the cruelty that my fellow native canadians were put through. NO ONE and I mean NO ONE should ever have to live a life like they were forced to SOMETHING HAS TO BE DONE. RETROBUTION! needs to be paid for those who suffered so greatly. Don't just throw money at it government DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!!!! STOP THE INJUSTICE! NOW AND FOREVER!!
thank you all for your comments I am the one who made this video and I myself am white in herritage but am married to a wonderful ojibwe man and I have a 1/2 inuit daughter and a grandmother who is a mohawk elder here in ontario canada so I have seen the horror first hand in their cultures and it is a shameful time to be a white person seeing loved ones ancestors treated so cruely once I started digging into private archives and finding the truth that white people and the church had done
they means anyone who hurt and abused these children. Then "they" want to know why Natives hated them! what? Should Natives love them? Would you if they did that to you or your parents or grandparents? Abused means the worst you could ever imagine....

All the children that died in the boarding schools should be given a proper barial, at the churches nd goverment expence.They should have thier own Flounders field.. It makes me so mad what has happened to these beautiful people and thier culture.. Shame on you Goverment and the Churches involved...
@LanaRedean No parent got their kid back and if they did they would have been changed realy realy much. * many kids were raped and beaten or murdered and the ones who were killed were never recognized.....sad....so some parents never got their kids back
i never went to a boarding school, but i was abused my whole life by my family for being a full blood indian. it isnt just in the school where we are mistreated its by our own people and other races..........i think indians r the most hated race alive.........
Maby your the lost tribe of Israel I am white my grandmother was native. I proudly display her picture because I think she was the most beautiful woman I ever seen. I think your people are precious in the sight of God and at least me. Blessings!
Oh yes and I am white and my Dad was sent a way to the mining camps with the Catholics in there where he was raped every day from age 8 until he was old enough to fight. He abused me severely as he was a mental case afterward. I was hung as a child and I was beaten till I urinated.I lived in horror at his hands. Please forgive your family so you can have rest, that is what I did.
@butkicker75 Thanks forgiveness of offenders means a life of freedom to the one who firgives my mom said forgive others for your own sake and be set free from their doings... I agree forgiveness leaves us free even if the offender doesn't deserve the freedom we as the victim do... you are blessed!
we are at a new time in history today because by obama becoming elected for president we the people have a better future to look forward to.obama said that his greatest pet peeve was that he couldn't take people being cruel to one another.he said he didn't have paitence for that.that means that their will be stricter laws when it comes to abuse.i belive he will do alot for the american indians and other ethnicities that have suffered for so long.this is just the beginning.
@lucy9359: You sound like a ungrateful little brat lucy.For hundreds of years we never had a person of color for president and now we do.Different ethnicities have suffered through the years not just the indians.For years people who paid into their health insurance got booted out cause they were told they had a prexisting health problem,not a problem anymore.Obama cares,its not just about the rich white race anymore,its about everyone.
