Hawkwind rocks so goddamned hard. I have a deep rooted love for music from the 60's and 70's and while it goes without saying that I would want to view a Hendrix or Sabbath or Zeppelin show, I would love to view a Hawkwind show at during the Space Ritual tour. Crimson is amazing as well.

I was at the anniversary gig, Sam fox playing was such a fuckup, we ended up sitting in the hallway behind the seating area till she had finished warbling. Rest of the gig was amazing though, stumbled out stoned, tripping and very happy! lol

I remember seeing this on TV years ago. Although it's a good laugh it's the most poorly researched programme ever, Nik Turner's "meeting Stacia" story changes every time I hear it and Rush never "lost" John Rutsey. Gotta love how the band photo with the "?" on it is actually Neil Peart, too.

Baker reducing the Hawkwind experience to gawping at Stacia is such a cringeworthy statement, as no way does a band of that magnitude deserve to be belittled like that. Although having Sam Fox play at the anniversary gig was a bit of an own-goal. That band represented the '70s more than any other.
