I remember well this one ! (I'm french and from paris).

It was during the 80's at 8am on Paris ring.

The guy was riding a suzuki gsx-r 1100 with an 'illegal' exhaust system, and the bike was about 160HP.

It was a bit "crowded" but nothing comparing now !!!

(there is so much people now, it's just a huge traffic jam every day at this time).
