The interesting it will become after the USA fail to be too big as they are with costly administration on TOP. EU will become much different in next 2-3 years, and you cannot imagine this right now how different it will be! There will be no central governing body at all and decentralization will become an issue for better economy. Superpower just costs too much and not work for majority :)
