Yes badace - twice. After the judge dismissed the charges with prejudice the prosecutor appealed and had the judge's dismissal reversed. The case then went to a jury trial and the jury found him not guilty as well.

The local county prosecutor bent over backwards kissing the Border Patrol's butt in trying to secure a successful conviction for them only to have his butt handed to him on a silver platter not once but twice.

@shielakay Cops cant pull people over for no reason. Every time I have been stopped, I have been speeding. Its unconstitutional for a cop to stop someone without having the proper reason. If they stop you for no reason, then you can sue them. This is a great country.

They cannot legally, but I, for one, have been pulled over more than once on a trumped up complaint (including speeding when I clearly and obviously wasn't, and could legally prove it in court).
