  • i kinda like the kick out flashing. How ever they forgot to put in the step flashing.  they do have counter flashing however

  • The flashing looks like it was installed after the siding and roof were put on, notice what looks like a tear in the stucco. Also the flashing is missing a turn-back lip; that flashing leaks the entire length.

    You can bet the stucco was also incorrectly installed; the moisture barrier should of prevented water on the OSB. And OSB is not recommended for stucco siding.

    Good video, bet it was a difficult home to inspect.
