oh wait...what u do is reinstall virtual dub and it will come in the list..it probably didnt show up because u download xvid after u doubled vdub..so reinstall it

default audio for youtube is mono so u forgot convert then select mono & high quality audio then forgot to download lame mp3 then open lamemp3 in audio compression & choose (44100Hz, 64 kpbs, CBR, Moono 8kb "only") but well your tutorial is mostely good so 2 stars for you.

on the right side if you see a box that says "Show all Formats" make sure it has a check mark then the list will pop-up

You know, there is an easy way....

All you gotz to do is render the file with Windows Movie Makers after rendered in Sony Vegas. The file size goes down 3/4.

You can always download it :) I think it's free and if you just Google it, it should appear. That's how I got Virtual Dub onto my Dell laptop.

thanks alot for this method! still gives great quality but it's so much smaller (in ratio) than the method I use with virtual dub. for example I compressed a file wich was 1.24 gig byte and that became 77,8 MB. but you get much more result so from now on I'm gonna use this method ;)
