Dude, Raimi finally decided to direct 4 and 5, unsure about 6 though. He made Tobey sign a $50M contract stating that he is going to do 4 and 5. Kirsten is Returning as well. J.K. Simmons will be returning, and Dylan Baker will be in it too. Rosemary Harris is probably doing it too.

where did u hear this from cuz i heard he is still pondering upon if he is coming back but i did read that J.K. Simmons(J Jonah Jameson) spoke 2 Tobey and said that he would love 2 comeback but won't sign until a script is ready. oh and spider man 4 is coming out May 2011

Well if you had seen the new spider-man news you would know that James Vanderbilt the has written the script fir spider-man 4 and 5 and sony is planing on makeing both films at the same time due to fact that know cast would stick around for that long. And Sam Rami has signed on as producer and wants Toby to come back as Spider-Man and Toby said he only do it if Sam Rami was involved and he as the producer so this can only mean Toby will sign on for two more.

I hope Shocker will make an appearence in Spiderman 4, even if he might be a minor villain. Shocker has nice physics and is pretty strong and big, he could be played by someone like Vin diesel, and Jim Carrey would be great as Carnage, Jim can play reallly crazy and more crazy, Carnage if someone is totally crazy!
