I just wanted to say that if you freeze the twinky, and then deep fry it just like this (on a stick optionally), sprinkled with a bit of powdered confectioners sugar, you will most certainly love them. I have a tip for you. If you mix complete pancake mix with milk instead of water and also with some powerdered sugar to make a batter and deep fry oreos they come out amazing especially after you dust them with powerdered sugar. Also great served with a cold glass of milk!!!! I tried it and they are delicious. I will make some this week

I had a deep fried Twinkie once... it had powdered sugar and chocolate syrup on top of it, and I got it at an amusement park in Santa Cruz, California. It was so delicious!!! But, I think that's probably my lifetime limit for deep-fried sweets. :)

i made fried oreos the other day but instead of that batter used pancake mix and dip oreos in then deep fry them and if u want put powdered sugar (confectioners sugar, i'm not sure if thats what Castor sugar is) they are so good they sometimes sell them at funnel cake stands and things like that at amusement parks and other placers
