You may be talking about the new dual clutch that came out this year but the old 997TT Auto stock vs 6spd is a bit slower overall.

Old 911 Turbo Tiptronic S is much faster than manual gearbox version. It accelerates to 100km/h quicker, 0-200 quicker, from 30 and 70 mph - much quicker. You can find such comparative information in any car test.
