  • YES, IT WORKS! Pay by CC or Debit Card without a paypal account! THERE IS NO TRANSACTION FEE ON YOUR SIDE, the merchant (SELLER) who accepts your payment will be paying for the PayPal.com FEE NOT the buyer (so it's a free service to the buyer).
