1. Armenia's economy was already destroyed during the USSR times. Levon not only gave economical and political freedom to Armenia, but he also improved the country's miserable economical situation by giving lands to peaseants and encouraging to grow. This can be proven by the fact that from 1995 the Armenian GDP started to grow.

Levon is associated with dark and cold years only by those who do not cherish Armenia's victory over Azerbaijan in a 2 year war for Karabakh, Turkish and Azerbaijani occupation, massive earthquakes in the country. Starting from 1995 Armenia had a 24-hour electricity in most of the cities. I suggest you watch Levon's rallies.

3. This is an absolutely ridiculous and shameless propaganda by the current government of Armenia. If you wanna know, the Azeris themselves said that Serge's victory will be much better for Azerbaijan, as Serge is a weak and extremist person (i swear to God, I've read these lines myself). Levon didn't get any support from Turkey and Azerbaijan, and those saying otherwise are simply stupid.

5. Levon has already been the president of Armenia once, and has won a war for Armenia and gave independence to the country.
