But anyway i range them with a dark bow from behind the sulphur vents, using a ring of wealth and full red dhide, i just make sure i dont hit the ones that have a obsidian ring and i get pretty good drops, upwards of 150k an hour.

i stayed there a whole day and never got 1 obby drop....=( i think after the big update they reduced the chance.
