absolutely, but it looks like it has a center pin hole rather than an axel hole. this can be overcome, but the assembly is not as sturdy as an axel hole would provide.
instead of a mixed media pin wheel, why not try a hailfire droid wheel (peeron part number x784) instead? yeah, they're out of print, but they can be acquired at brinklink (dotcom). an excellent resource.

Alternatively you could use 59521, it has 80 teeth, an axle hole and is sold on bricklink from USD 1.75.
