Pepsi is an international brand and had launched the same TV commercial around the world using local casts/crew. The same ad was aired in the US, India, Bangladesh and several other countries with the same theme/story line, but they were all shot locally with local casts. Hope that explains.

Voice was 'outsourced' to India - some Indian guy's voice :-) This was done in 1991.
