Uhh...I've read the entire manga, and nowhere does it say that they were ever lovers. Hell, in the anime--both the Japanese and English version--Kurama states that he doesn't have those kind of feelings for Hiei. Episode 111, when Hiei tells him to give Yukina his tear gem. Sorry to disappoint you.
