woah, thats amazing! im still really new at CGing, so i love watching people who know what they are doing unlike me! and the hair is beautifully done! only it looks like a girl...i think if you did the hoodie a different color it would have helped...and the pose too. girls' poses are more "in", and guys poses are more "out", and you did an in pose with this guy...just a suggestion ^^
Wow, nice job. Can you please tell me what settings you use to get the colors to blend and transition so nicely? (Such as what do you use for layering modes, opacity values for brushes, etc.)

in SAI you have the option to select an area and the color wont exeed the lines, i was wondering if photoshop had the same thing

I use de the finger tool with about 85% of intensity and a size between 3 and 8 maximum :)
