I find that a typical Atmas build will suffice when playing Lane Shyvana. Regrowth Pendent, Phage, Merc Treads, Atmas, Frozen Mallet, Warmogs, Wits End, and last Item is complately up to the player.

well, i think when champions seem underpowered, people learn how to play them! shyvana in the first week was the most patethic champ ever... 2 weeks after the release, those magic resist/attack speed build for her came out and suddenly she is the cause of M5 winning in kiev. this is why i love this game, EVERY champ is usefull, just need to play it correctly

@TheMentallord It's simply human adaptation. That's why I don't like it when Riot seems to tamper with champions for no big deal, it doesn't give people the chance to improve as players by adapting.

My jungle setup is 21/0/9 - with atk dmg marks, arm seals and atk speed glyphs with arm pen quints. I buy cloth armour and pots, then go double golem, wraiths, wolves then blue buff golem port back, then back to double golems, red buff lizard then wolves. after this i normally either help a lane if needed or start on enemy jungle if possible

ive been laning with her since the first day she came out. if u build some attack speed early, your early damage output is amazing, and it doesnt really get worse later on. ghost and your W can save u from almost all ganks if u dont overextend too much. i dont build her tanky at all. im not lv 30 yet, only 24, but i build her with zerk greaves -> wits end -> wriggles (or starks fervor, if u want more speed than armor/dmg) -> sword of the divine-> black cleaver -> madreds/infinity edge

bad jungle route, heres mine and i can garentee you can get to level 6 before mid, it is Golems> wraiths> wolves> cross river > wraiths>golems >recall> red buff and/or blue buff >this jungle route is not for when the enemy has a jungler, when the enemy has a jungler i start at> Enemy wraiths > cross river > wolves > wraiths > golems > recall > Red buff or blue buff >

skill build W> E > Q > W > W , dont ever max out your Q before E because your Q only improves 5% of damage each level. :)

I'm gonna have to disagree with your assessment of her as a better jungler than solo laner for the reasons you gave. I've only tried her jungle, but I've seen players with much more success in lane. Her ganks are horrible, even with exhaust, and she's not even the fastest or safest jungler around. If an enemy jungler invades you're in big trouble most of the time. She has mordekaiser syndrome and that alone will likely prevent her from ever seeing consistent high level play.
