The characters look much better in the anime, but i have to say, the person who played L fits very well in L's character from the anime. Light, however, is too short; Misa's face is too mature. However, it looks like a well made movie. Death Note rocks ! =)

I mean I dont remember Yotsuba from the movie or Rem killing L. In the movie L dies cause he writes his own name in the Note to make sure he doesnt die before the designated time, or something.

If Near had nothing to go on, he would never have been able to asusme so much.....true, most of L's notes were assumptions but then L has never been wrong from what other characters say.
